About

Philipp Runge completed his doctorate at the Chair of Economics, in particular Economic Theory, at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) in 2023. He has been Head of the Hydrogen Economy and Technology Research Area since 2022. He studied industrial engineering at FAU, specialising in mechanical engineering and management. His research interests include hydrogen and its derivatives and the question of how the ramp-up of the global hydrogen economy can be achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
